AdBlue problems on Albach Diamant 2000 forestry machines are fairly recurrent, and it is sometimes impossible to exceed a speed of 20kmh following a malfunction. The AdBlue troubleshooting system is designed to repair the vehicle so that it can be used safely on the road, without having to stop in the middle of a main road or secondary road and risk a traffic accident. The system is compatible with Albach Tier 4F & Tier 5 vehicles.

How to replace the original ACM box with our own?

Our module is based on your vehicle's original connector. Diamant 2000 takes less than 20 minutes to install. All you have to do is unscrew the grey cabinet where the electrical cables arrive. The ACM ECU (Exhaust Gas Management ECU) is located behind it, secured by 4 screws which you'll need to remove to allow the necessary clearance, and disconnect the connector linking the ACM. Then simply connect our module instead of reconnecting the original ACM box. We advise you to dismantle the ECU completely and keep it in a dry place, as no connector will be connected to it from now on.
