Remove Adblue on Claas Axion 830
Equipped with a 6.7 FPT engine developing 225hp, we intervened on this Claas Axion 830 tractor in order to remove the AdBlue system which was causing problems on several occasions. The restriction of torque and power meant that the vehicle could no longer plough fields. The degraded mode limits its travel speed and engine performance. After numerous parts changes and several thousand euros, the vehicle is still unusable. Our solution will enable the vehicle to be used again in good conditions, without worrying about possible faults that will no longer exist.
Complete and definitive deactivation of the AdBlue system
Our tailor-made programs not only effectively deactivate adblue injection, but also override engine restrictions. In other words, engine torque is no longer reduced and the vehicle is permanently at 100% of its capacity. With the SCR system deactivated, the vehicle can run without DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid / Adblue) and shows no fault on the dashboard. The operation is performed directly via the manufacturer’s diagnostic socket. We create our own program, and of course save your original data if you need to return to factory settings.
Eliminating adblue defects on Claas Axion 830
The elimination of adblue faults on Claas Axions, whatever the model and especially when equipped with FPT engines, also overrides engine torque restrictions. This means there’s no reduction in power, and what’s more, we’re able to improve it. Faults are permanently erased and can no longer be displayed on the vehicle’s dashboard.
