Delete adblue on Case IH 110 engine FPT Limp mode Off Scr Off
Why remove limp mode and Adblue faults ?
First of all, when a fault occurs on Case IH, especially those fitted with CNH Industrial FPT engines, performance is restricted. Engine torque is reduced at various levels, and maximum operating speed is also reduced. Definitively deactivating the system allows fault-free operation without adblue constraints.
Adblue and Case IH 110: Tier 4F engine equipped with EDC17C49 ECU
Deactivating the adblue system means you can drive without adblue, and therefore without the risk of breakdowns. In fact, it’s very common for NOx sensors, pumps, injectors and catalytic converters to have problems. The Bosch EDC17C49 ECU manages all Adblue parameters and controls the engine and emission control system. Complete reprogramming of the parameters prevents torque restriction (degraded mode) and the use of adblue, giving a failure tolerance threshold of 99.9% for the anti-pollution system. You won’t be able to break down again.
AdBlue problem on Case IH FPT engine : Our solutions
Deactivation of LIMP Mode: no more downgraded mode possible (for emissions control only)
Delete adblue on Case IH : no need to refill the tank, no more adblue consumption
Removal of DOC or FAP system (depending on model): no more regeneration
Removal of the EGR valve: no more gas recirculation, unburned exhaust gases no longer pass back into the intake system, and therefore no longer calamine it.
Engine power increase on Case IH 110
It is also possible to reprogram the vehicle’s engine ECU to give it extra torque and power. This not only reduces fuel consumption, but also gives the vehicle more oomph, if required.
