Adblue fault on FPT engine: Claas Axion 810
The 6.7 l FPT (Fiat Powertrain Technologies) 6-cylinder engine complies with Stage IV (Tier 4) anti-pollution standards thanks to the adoption of an SCR exhaust gas treatment system with urea injection, common rail injection technology and 4 valves per cylinder, an intercooler and a variable geometry turbocharger (TGV). However, certain faults in the exhaust after-treatment system may restrict its use.
Consequences of SCR Adblue defects on Claas Axion 810
When a fault occurs in the exhaust after-treatment system, the tractor goes into degraded mode. The tractor’s engine power can no longer be used, and its utilization is reduced to zero. Maximum speed is also reduced to 15km/h. Our solutions are the answer to Claas’ adblue problems and defects.
How to remove adblue defects on Claas?
We have the equipment and expertise to reprogram the tractor’s emission control system operating data. Programming is carried out directly in the heart of the vehicle’s ECU memory, via the manufacturer’s diagnostic socket. This reprogramming of the adblue and the complete post-treatment system not only eliminates DEF (Adblue) consumption, but also restores and even increases the vehicle’s original power. There will also be no faults on the dashboard concerning the overall operation of the vehicle. No error messages or warning lights!
