Adblue Solutions on Albach Diamant 2000 – Delete Adblue system
Adblue system removed from these two forestry machines. The vehicle was running in degraded mode and the working power was not sufficient to crush the wood. Our system consisted in troubleshooting the vehicle’s original Adblue device, in order to eliminate the gas cleaning defect and switch off the engine light for good.
Specific control unit / ECU, specially developed for Volvo Penta engines
Equipped with the D16J engine, the 700 HP / 515 kW of the Albach Diamant 2000 with Volvo 6-cylinder in-line engine (EPA 4 final emission standard), 16.1-liter displacement, pump injectors (PDE), SCR catalytic converter and AdBlue are transmitted with greater efficiency, but can sometimes considerably reduce machine performance when the system fails.
Replacement of the ACM ECU (exhaust gas management ECU) is mandatory. The new ECU connects in place of the original and replaces the functions of the original one
